Life doesn’t always make it easy to choose healthy habits.

And, because life can feel pretty chaotic at times, what do you do? Say forget it, and wait until the time is right, like next Monday. We have all said,

The funny thing about Mondays is they seem to take a long time to get here. This means for everyone who is waiting until Monday; their healthier lifestyles are hanging in limbo.

So what if you got real about all the commitments you have in your life? If you looked at the life, you live right now and thought,

“How can I fit a healthy habit into my life?”

“I will start on Monday.”

The thing is, healthy living is about being flexible as well as not thinking that the healthy actions have to be grandiose. Being able to sort through the weeds of your life and redefining what type of healthy action to take may sound easy, but rest assured it’s not when you start making your plan.

Sometimes we as humans have a way of taking something simple and making it complicated. In a way, that is a form of self-sabotaging your wellbeing. When a habit has too many steps to do and it takes too much time, odds are you aren’t going to stick with it.

We are here for you if you are running low on motivation and Mondays always seem to pass you by. As Health Coaches, we have guided a lot of people through just about any obstacle they may have. We pride ourselves on making what feels hard, easier. In fact, one of our favorite questions to answer is, “How can this be easy?”
