Patsy Whatley

Certified Master Nutrition Coach – Precision Nutrition Pn2
Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Holistic Nutritionist – AFPA (American Fitness Professionals & Associates)

When Patsy Whatley, Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach, turned 50 years old, she was convinced that the print had gotten smaller on product bottles.

She also found it was extremely easy to gain weight… and not so easy to lose. No longer could she have a crappy day of eating without feeling extra aches, pains, and low energy the next day. Getting a restful night’s sleep wasn’t so easy either. It seemed like her whole body became more sensitive.

Having healed herself from migraines 20 years earlier and caring for a child with Asperger Syndrome, Patsy once again called on the power of nutrition, movement, and nature. Hiking in Temescal Canyon became a favorite.

Today, Patsy is living an active, symptom-free life in West Los Angeles as a Holistic Health Coach and Master Nutrition Coach. Connect with Patsy on her Instagram, linked in the sidebar.
