Health Ninja Jeanette Marcotte is a health coach AND professional geologist, who is obsessed with helping fellow professional women and couples reclaim their time and energy by building healthy choices into their daily lives.

When she is not coaching or looking at rocks, you can find her hanging out in her garden, collecting new hobbies, and/or reading far too many books at once.  Hang around for mindset strategies and micro-habits that will transform your health & confidence so that you feel like a Health Ninja, too!

What makes Coach Jeanette unique

Jeanette Marcotte is a health coach, a geologist, and a perpetual farm kid. Certified as a personal trainer in 2015, and as a nutrition & lifestyle coach in 2017, Jeanette’s personal philosophy is that “Everything is everything.” Each piece of life feeds seamlessly into the next, so a positive shift in any category will have positive ripples throughout your life.

I see nutrition and exercise, not just as “stuff you should do,” but as powerful tools to build resilience, stress management strategies, and be a better human. I like to call this process “becoming a ninja at life.”

When you begin to see the connections between small positive shifts in healthy behaviors and the sometimes unexpected ways it can streamline your whole life, you’ll be able to reclaim your time and energy so you can grind less and thrive more.
